Our research work supports both the development of analytical methods and the identification of chemical species, and to translate our applied research into solutions for our business partners. We work with consultant colleagues to provide accurate and reliable scientific information to assist in the development of advice to UK Government, EU, academic and commercial customers. We have expertise in regulations, standards, dietary exposure, human intervention studies, fate and behaviour studies, the development of new products and processes and extensive knowledge in the area of food chemical risk.
