Selwyn Wilkins

GLP Study Director with over 20 years' experience in all aspects of apiculture and bee ecotoxicology.

As internationally recognised bee ecotoxicologist and honey bee expert, Selwyn is responsible for the management and delivery of commercial bee-related (apis and non-apis) laboratory, semi-field and field studies within CCSS.

Key achievements:

  • Member of Coloss and one of the original members of the WG 1 set-up to investigate monitoring of honey bee losses
  • Member of several International Congress for Plant Pollinator Relations (ICPPR) working groups
  • Member of OECD Expert Group on Honey Bee Ecotoxicology
